How I understand sports nutrition

I see sports nutrition as a tool to look after yourself, perform and enjoy your sport more. It is not about following rigid rules, but about finding a way of eating that fits your goals, routine and stage of life.

I hold a degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, am registered under no. CAT002917, and have specialist training in sports nutrition and ISAK-1 anthropometry certification. This foundation allows me to assess each case with sound judgement, attentive listening and a practical perspective, so that the decisions we make can work in your everyday life.

The athlete

An athlete before a nutritionist

Sport is part of my personal story. I have practised artistic roller skating in individual free skating, solo dance and show groups, an experience that has taught me what it means to train consistently, compete and adapt to changing rhythms.

I have competed in Catalan, Spanish and European championships, as well as at the World Roller Games Argentina 2022. Experiencing sport from the inside helps me understand that behind every goal there is a person, a routine and circumstances that are not always the same. This experience guides my work: rigorous, but also approachable and realistic.
